Why me?

Look at the world around us. We could do better. We need practical, straightforward change.

Many with whom I work want to be self-reliant; so I transfer my change management knowledge to them as soon as possible. I don't want long, drawn-out contracts.

My goals are therefore:

- Challenge the status quo; make the changes needed for a better future.

- Leave colleagues with better and self-sustaining change management knowledge.

- Offer a fun way of giving people the tools they need to better manage their life and aspirations.

- Complete a campaign programme to establish more local secondary school places for local children in the WD3 postcode area.

- Help to establish family as the foundation for integrated local community.

- Ensure people with learning difficulties enjoy the same fun, friendship and social acceptance as the rest of us.

- Have as much fun as possible along the way.
